If you receive your item and it does not fit for whatever reason. I am sorry I do not take the responsibility for making sure your items fits. SO PLEASE READ measurements and compare. Also ask me any questions to ensure it will fit.

If item is lost during shipping and insurance was not added I am not responsible for replacing item that has been lost.

If you receive your item and it is damaged during shipping and insurance is not added to your purchase I am not responsible for damages or replacing damaged item.

If you have selected ARTIST CHOICE for any designs & details (fabric, tape, applique, etc) you have given your trust and vision to me, the artist, knowing I will create your item with quality and beauty. With this choice you release holding me responsible for anything you dislike or change your mind about. Item is as is and there are no refunds or exchanges.

CUSTOM ORDERS
1. I Require a minimum of 2 weeks to fill all custom orders, unless stated otherwise.

2. A deposit of at least half the items value is required before item is created.

3. For changes in order(s), for whatever reason, after deposit has been made, there will be additional charges.
A flat fee of $10 will be applied for any change order as well as any additional costs for supplies and time.

4. If you have selected Artist choice for any designs & details (fabric, tape, applique, etc) you have given your trust and vision to me, the artist, knowing I will create your item with quality and beauty. With this choice you release holding me responsible for anything you dislike or change your mind about. Item is as is and there are no refunds or exchanges.

5. After item has been completed final payment must be made before item is shipped. Final payment must be received within one week after completion or an additional fee of $10.00 will be applied for every week not paid. Unless other arrangements have been made between seller and customer.

6. After receiving custom order if for any reason it does not fit or you do not like.
I am no longer responsible and do not replace, return or exchange items.

7. If Insurance is not added to your item I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.

I do reserve or hold items for customers. Terms and details are on an individual basis. Must contact me personally for arrangements and agreements.
